Leontine Linens in New Orleans is the most amazing linen and monogram boutique in the world. The attention to detail on every monogram is truly amazing. It is so reminiscent of the beautiful antique linens that are becoming much harder to find. I posted a few of my favorites. Is it bad that I now want to monogram everything that is fabric in my house?

I am obsessed with Madeline Weinrib!
Since I mentioned Madeline Weinrib in my last post, I had to do a little blog post about her amazing line of pillows and rugs! She pretty much brought Ikat back! I dream about owning some of her pillows...especially the bolster at the bottom...$900.00 retail! Whoa, maybe in my next life!
Score!
Check out my new purchase! I love it! Thanks to Etsy my sofa will now have a little more sass! It was totally affordable! Madeline Weinrib...way out of my price range!

Palmer Weiss Inspired Room

So yesterday I was totally inspired by Palmer Weiss, a San Francisco based designer, with mad skills. So I have created and inspired room in her honor, enjoy! I started with a soft blue sofa from Anthropologie. I love the twisted chesterfield style, with the sassy blue fabric, perfection!

Gotta throw a pop of zebra in there! These pillows are great, needlepoint zebra from Chelsea Textiles. I love the whimsy animal print brings to a design.
One of my all time fav coffee tables from CB2! Would you believe it only cost $249.00! I die!
Classic bergere chair...I think two in the room flanking the sofa. The gray-brown linen is so hot!

This is the unexpected pop of pattern in the room. I found this rug at West Elm. They are a great resource to find inexpensive and interesting home goods. Check it out!

Sofa and Pillow Talk

I love my sofa, it took me three years to decide which one I was going to order! It is the Beecroft Sofa, by Rachel Ashwell, slipcovered in a light flax slubby linen. It is so basic and timeless, a quick change of pillows would totally change the look...like some of the pillows above. The pillows are from Ryan Studio, ryanstudio.biz, they have fab pillows!

These Louis XVI chairs are to die for as is...but that Schumacher fabric would look awesome too! If you haven't heard of 1st Dibs! Go to their website immediately. Antique dealers and stores from all over the country show their amazing inventory on one site. These are from Assemblege, in Chicago, IL. Actually they would look great as is, with a sofa in the Cheetah Velvet! Sassy!
